Q : Do we have to pay for the entire wedding package at once?
No, you only have to place a $200 non-refundable deposit in order to hold your desired Virgin Islands Wedding Package and date. The entire amount will be due 4 weeks before your scheduled wedding date. Due to our level of commitment, we only book one wedding a day. Your deposit will ensure that your date is fully reserved and our staff will begin planning and working on your wedding immediately.
Q : Can we choose any color scheme that we want for our St. Thomas Wedding?
Yes, you can choose any color that you would like for your St. Thomas Wedding including: chair sashes and flowers etc. However, we will need to know your final color scheme at least 8 weeks before your wedding to ensure that we can import all of the necessary items.
Q : Is all of the available wedding attire pictured on your website?
No, unfortunately we do not have pictures of all of our available beach wedding attire. The pictures are some of what we have in stock and are a general representation of all of the destination and traditional wedding attire that we carry. We only carry modern wedding attire and don’t have anything in stock that could be considered retro or vintage. All of our destination and traditional wedding attire is from the 2006 season and beyond.
Q : Do you carry wedding tuxedos for the groom, groomsmen and ring bearer?
No, we do not carry wedding attire or tuxedos for the groom, groomsmen and ring bearer, but we can direct you to some local tuxedo rental shops. However, most of our grooms, groomsmen, and ring bearer choose to wear khakis and dress shirts.
Q : Can we choose the officiate or religious minister that we would like at our St. Thomas beach wedding?
Yes, we have two officiates on staff. You may choose from a non-denominational officiate or a Christian Pastor.
Q : Can we write our own vows and personalize our Caribbean wedding ceremony?
You are welcome to create your own ceremony agenda and have it last as long as you would like. However, keep in mind that the Officiate, Limousine Service, Photographer etc. work on an hourly basis, so you may have to pay additional fees if you want the service to be extended.
Q : Can we have a sand ceremony during our wedding ceremony?
Yes, you may include a sand ceremony in your wedding ceremony. You will be responsible for bringing the sand and vases. There will be a $50 charge added to your wedding package for this service.
Q : How much do we have to pay to acquire a marriage license?
The cost is $100 processing fee and it is not included in the wedding packages. You will be required to send a $100 money order. The court does not accept personal checks.
Q : Will you file the paperwork for our Marriage License?
Yes, please fill out the Application for the Marriage License and mail it in to our office so that we can file the necessary paperwork before you arrive to the island.
Q : Is there a required blood test or waiting period in order to get married in St. Thomas?
No, the United States Virgin Islands Government does not require that you obtain a blood test or waiting period to be married in St. Thomas. However, you must submit your paperwork via mail at least 8 business days before your wedding. Waiting period means physically being on the island. You do not have to physically be on the island 8 days before the wedding. You can arrive to St. Thomas the day that you will be getting married and pick up your documents form the court then.
Q : The wedding package that I like is for 30 guests. I will be having more than 30 guests. Can I use the wedding package?
Of course, we would be happy to tailor your wedding for more guests. You can have an unlimited amount of guests. Please email us for pricing.
Q : We would like to elope to St. Thomas. Do you perform elopement ceremonies?

Q : We would like to renew our vows. Do you perform vow renewal ceremonies?
Absolutely, we have a vow renewal package. However, you may consider anyone of our wedding packages for your beautiful island vow renewal.
Q : We are arriving to St. Thomas aboard a cruise ship. Do you perform wedding ceremonies for cruise ship passengers?
Yes, all of our island wedding packages can be considered cruise ship wedding packages. We marry many couples off of the cruise ships every year. We would be happy to plan your cruise ship wedding package at Magen’s Bay Beach in St. Thomas.
Q : What are the best, easiest, and most affordable ways to travel to St. Thomas?
Many couples arrive to St. Thomas on a cruise because of the all-inclusive nature of a cruise. Once you pay a flat fee for your cruise, most services are included. Cruises provide all the food your guests can eat, all the entertainment they can stand plus a nice room for everyone. Hotels in St. Thomas are nice as well, but will be cheaper during the low season which is the summer months. There are many direct flights arriving from the United States to St. Thomas making plane tickets affordable. There are direct flights from New York’s JFK Airport, Miami International Airport, Atlanta’s International Airport and Charlotte, North Carolina’s Airport.
